Where an offer expressly includes a two-purchase minimum, this means the initial paid order plus one paid renewal under the same subscription, subject to applicable law. Completed payments are checked against Shopify order records and Kaching Subscriptions.

A subscription commitment does not override statutory cancellation rights. A refund request and a request to stop future subscription payments are separate requests; please tell us if you wish to do both.
6. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Refund requests under our money-back guarantee must be submitted within 60 calendar days of the purchase date.
The guarantee begins on the purchase date, rather than the delivery date. Return requirements, eligibility and processing details are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
The guarantee is a refund commitment under that policy. It does not guarantee a particular health result and does not limit your statutory rights.
