2. Subscription Shipping

• First Order: Dispatched within 24 hours of sign-up.

• Recurring Orders: To ensure you never miss a day, your next bottle is dispatched 5 days before your current supply runs out.

• Reminders: Per 2026 UK regulations, you will receive a reminder email 48 hours before your next subscription box is processed and shipped.

3. Processing Times

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

5. Discrete Packaging

We value your privacy. All Healthies orders are shipped in plain, recyclable outer packaging with a discreet return address.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Stay tuned as we look to expand our tropical wellness to the EU and beyond later in 2026.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your gummies arrive damaged, please contact our support team at hello@healthies.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
